Talking to a girl is just a piece of cake for some guys, but for some others, it is a big deal. The way your heart skips when you see her and your palms get sweaty and even sometimes when you have summoned the courage to talk to her, your brain goes blank and you end up saying something else. This has probably occurred to you more than once and the girl already know what you are up to but since it is not "right" especially in Africa for the girl to bell the cat, she is waiting for you to do do.
